We learn that in Somalia they had these large towers placed in the region prior to their blackout. The significance? We don’t know. Janis Hawk is actually homosexual, but because her FlashForward depicts her getting an ultrasound; does this infer she had artificial insemination. Could she have dreamt the whole thing like Demetri’s fiancé?

Taking of Pelham 123

Powerhouse performances by John Travolta & Denzel Washington. “The dog is taking a dump and running at the same time, that’s multi-fucktasking”. Travolta could easily nab best supporting actor. Denzel Washington on the other hand was just as strong. The pre money-transfer scene was too awesome. A police car had to move $10mi with a dozen motorbiked escort. And the way hey moved through the city, totaling cabbies and cars along the way. The film has taken allot of heat because it’s a remake of an ancient film, which is apparently better. It was a happily ever after ending.

The Office – S06E07 – The Lover

Dwight Schrute’s espionage skills are über good. Faking the Mallard was pretty genius. Season 6, Dwight has evolved! His intelligence has for whatever reason spiked. He’s making more intelligent decisions, it was also evident in the last episode; where he declined Bernard’s stupid suggestion to Michael (to take on the mafia). The Lover? Michael Scott. But the juice “not from concentrate“, is who he loves: Pam’s mom! Lot’s of moma jokes & songs are popping in my head, but i’ll leave it at that. I’ve never seen them swear so much, because it’s primetime they not only have to censor it but also blur their mouth. The Pam-Scott-Mom triangle is to be continued …

Carrie Underwood – Cowboy Casanova

‘Cowboy Casanova’ is a sequel to ‘Before He Cheats’. This uptempo rock-country track will sweep your feet. Underwood dominates this track with lightning lyrics and a belting vocal range. Coupled with Irish esque strings, and a rock edge that will appease all demographics; Underwood has outdone her self again. You can’t help but sing along and bob your head in euphoria.

He’s the devil in disguise, a snake with blue eyes … And he only comes out at night … Gives you feelings that you don’t wanna fight … You better run for your life

House – S06E05 – Brave Heart

Almost looked like a Fringe episode! A man declared dead with no vital signs for hours, comes back from the dead. Allot of humor in this episode, we saw House almost slip into paranoia. And his teacher-student antics were laugh out loud. The patient was almost tracheae’d. Chase on the other hand is making a big deal out of the homicide; he’s wasting his life and time.

Public Enemies

Michael Mann is a unique director, the entire film appears to be shot with a hand-held camera. He isn’t mainstream, but i don’t understand the significance. With Cloverfield, J.J. Abram’s genius decision showed but Public Enemies failed. There wasn’t enough character development between John Dillinger and his girl. He actually cried for her? Melvin Purvis appears to be a strong character but he lacked the resources. In single combat between himself and Dillinger i think he would take the trophy home. I’m somewhat confused, they steal the bank’s money and keep it themselves? I think at one point i heard they give it back to the people or something. I had a hard time getting through the film, fell asleep in between parts and had to revisit them before writing this. Anyways John Dillinger gets shot, the CGI is crude. I don’t think Johnny Depp himself likes this craptacular film.

Dexter – S04E04 – Dex Takes a Holiday

Debra gets shot, and Lundy dies! What a cliff hanger ending… How will Dexter react to this random shooting? Are they linked to the vacation murderers? Or was Trinity responsible? All hell will break loose next Sunday, we’re going to see Dexter’s “Dark Passenger” explode. Debra appears to be alive, and showing vital signs. As for Lundy, i think he’s dead. Not a bad way go though? Banging a chick a fraction of your age. But yes, i too liked Lundy. He and Dexter drew so many parallels.
