Carlo Rota (Morris O’Brian – 24) played the n00b kidnapper. This episode really didn’t go anywhere. FBI setup a $5000 party with lots of ladies and drinks. Neal Caffrey finds that his girlfriend Kate left him a message in Morse Code saying, “bottle”. The Burke & Caffrey relationship is getting better and better. It was jokes when Burke got a new watch from his wife and couldn’t read it. And ROFL, Caffrey makes Burke dress up like a body guard and tells him to say, “i’ll be back”. Whitecollar is just loads of fun, but it’s been a week and i have little retention.

A promising pilot from the USA Network, starring Matthew Bomer (Bryce Larken – Chuck) & Marsha Thomason (Naomi Dorrit – Lost). Both deceased in their former TV series. White Collar is like a sequel to Spielberg’s, “Catch Me if You Can”. Neal Caffrey portrayed by Bomer is a dashing & witty character. His ability to see between the lines and pickup archetypal clues, which he’s honed is unprecedented. Continuity is only present with Neal Caffrey’s girlfriend who appears to be in distress. They hype up this criminal, “Dutchman” and apprehend him in the same episode. There isn’t a bigger picture which may allude to how the season will run. Each episode might be case-by-case and they solve it. The Canadian reference was pretty awesome, they have the threads for the $100 bill. Thanks to Thermaltake for uploading the iTunes WEB-DL!

Exciting summer finale for Burn Notice. Michael kills Tom Strickler for Fiona. Fiona gets captured by an Irish terrorist; who seeks redemption in his homeland. Michael has to don his old cover ID, Michael McBride, i somewhat dig the Irish accent. And the inside jokes revolving around Michael’s American accent were eccentric to say the least. Burn Notice ended with a big bang of C4, the fact that they keep true to their non-CGI brand of Burn Notice is what makes it so amazing.

The show ends with Michael’s liaison to the White House getting killed by an unknown enemy. It doesn’t look like Michael is going to be getting his old job back any time soon. We also have unanswered questions regarding the results of the errands Michael did for Strickler. Why Strickler’s death resulted in the liason dieing. We also learned that Fiona has 5 brothers and 2 sisters, one whom is deceased. Will we be seeing the entire Glenanne family for the rest of Season 3? According to IMDB we have 4 more episodes for Season 3 and Burn Notice’s USA Network website says that the rest of the season will be returning in Winter. I like how Burn Notice airs when allot of the other TV shows finish like when Winter starts the Fall shows will have their finale. And Burn Notice will most likely have it’s season Finale before the Spring season starts which will include an arsenal of epic shows.

Michael Weston’s only ticket back into his Spy Life is Tom Strickler. He doesn’t really have much choices, because Strickler is putting him in a controlled environment. He isn’t asking him to do allot; something a beginner or amateur covert-op wouldn’t do. But with Weston there is a high degree of professionalism. Tom Strickler tells Weston to take pictures of ‘The Cleaner’ loading up Military Grade equipment and arms. After doing this; Michael gets a call from his liason that there is movement in Washington regarding his Burn Notice.

With his final assignment Fiona left Miami if Michael were to pursue his Spy Life. The preview for E09 – Long Way Back, is the Summer Finale. I guess Michael’s last mission to get back into his spy life would be to kill all the people close to him: Mother, Sam & Fiona. In the episode, Friends Like These Michael slaps Fiona for their secondary job for Barry. Now Fiona has done her share of injuries to Michael over the months so that they could keep their covers during their work. Fiona somewhat overreacted his time; maybe because she didn’t see it coming at all.

The ledger which was stolen from Barry is of tremendous value when it comes to blackmail. It was a predictable twist because there is always a twist in Burn Notice. Other than the multi-car tailing there wasn’t allot of covert work involved in this episode.

We also did see Michael asking his mother to help him on a job. This shows that Michael is becoming somewhat desperate. He only trusts the people who are close to him for jobs. After this episode o believe that Fiona is somehow involved in Michael’s Burn Notice. It could possibly be the ultimate twist.

An awesome super summer spy series. Say that 10x fast? Michael Weston protrayed by Jeffrey Donovan is the ultimate covert operative. If you needed help, i’d go with Weston than Bourne. I honestly don’t know why or how i jumped on this series. I guess because of the increased chatter during the summer time. But this is one of ‘the’ best drama series i’m following. What makes Burn Notice unique is that there is no CGI. If they are falling off a plane, they ARE falling off a plane. If two helicopters are crashing together over a beach, it really is happening.

In the beginning i wasn’t psyched about the Super Spy helping out desperate people. But now i like that better than his actual wanabe job. He uses experiences and techniques he learned as a Covert Operative and applies them to civilian situations. He’s helped out all of people in very tight spots, most of them would be dead without him.

Sam Axe played by Bruce Campbell is the most ‘awe’some sidekick. He’s got the intel, but he shares minds with Weston. Both think alike, and know how to handle situations in the most optimal way possible. Being the retired Special Ops. he has connection to various people in inter-agencies. So he’s able to get some degree of intel, when we first started the show we thought he was some alcoholic looking for the short-term. He’s a big gun, with a hol’ lotta laughs behind that Mohito Belly of his.

His trigger happy ex-girl friend played by Gabrielle Anwar is an English speaking sexy-mama. Always wearing loose clothes, in the beginning she was smoking hot. But as you watching from S01-03, she clearly looks anorexic; bony face & body. She’s like a walking skeleton, those air-guns must weigh light as hell. The way she picks up those guns, if they weighed half as much as they really do, her arm would literally fall off. She is more of the ‘muscle’ in the team. And not the brains, that’s what Weston-Sam are for. Although she can be irrational, the clients are usually worse.

A show which needs no introduction; lets begin with the latest episode i watched. Shot in the Dark, should have had way more trailers and previews. I’m pretty sure the ratings would have been through the roof. In the trailer i saw, Fiona got a bullet to the chest. If they had shown us a bit more where all three of the dream team were riddled with bullets; god damn that would have been amazing. This is another episode where Michael is somewhat connected to his client. With the abusive father; but this time he wasn’t screwed over by a secret assassin.

It was a good episode, what made it great was the ending where he found out that Tom Strickler actually had some decent connections. Will we be seeing Weston back in his super spy hot pants soon? I doubt it, this sounds like yet another Carla dupe. I wouldn’t be surprised if this guy tipped off the Ukranians.
