Ever since Linkin Park announced they’d be making a concept album i was very psyched! But after listening to The Catalyst i’m extremely disappointed! Minutes to Midnight was much more raw rock, whereas The Catalyst goes back to their Meteora & Hybrid Theory roots. EA Games’ Medal of Honor’s answer to Call Of Duty’s collaboration with Eminem is Linkin Park; the trailer is really sub-par, it can’t touch the Modern Warfare 2 Trailer that released last summer.
my favourite moment is @ 03:23 where the song’s bridge recedes into the outro; the tempo slows down and you get to experience LP’s rock; before 03:23 it was just pop/dance/trance/nu-metal? For me it’ll be interesting which radio stations will get to play LP.
